looky here, we see konan open the cavern with tobi in it, but he remains suspended in midair. theres no floor beneath him so he should be falling, but he isnt. does that mean he can fly?

I believe it is because he went intangible while there was still stuff there.

Whenever he is intangible it has been shown that he can move up and down through anything, so I think that he can float while intangible. Maybe not fly per se, but at the very least float there.
