Notice that all what you're saying come from what Tobi wanted us to believe, so it can be a lie. Also, things never happen as they are planned. So actually he may have change his mind during all that time seeing how all what he wanted to do failed. Remember that Jiraya or Minato were also looking for peace, but they failed

You could be right then. As in forcing the 5 nations to form an alliance to fight him so in the end, they'll have true peace amongst each other.

Just because Tobi coincidentally did things (I agree a very little bit on the sealing part but...) that Senju/Uzumakis did doesn't mean the older son is out of the question. Also the Eye of the Moon Plan involves achieving peace...with power. Wasn't that the philosophy of the older son of the SO6P? And many of your points could go towards saying Tobi is the older son too. It was a good attempt at a guess, but the older son seems to fit a lot more.

tobi isnt trying to controll the world to use people to do his bidding, he wants to controll a world where there isnt death or war or hatred. thus it can possibly be the younger son, who couldent finish what his father gave him
