So its obvious. Nagato was better with rinnegan, between himself and Tobi, so far.
And even if he dose F I N A L L Y put it to use he has big shoes to fill, considering.

What the hell are you comparing? Tobi's facing a Kyuubi Jinchuriki, Hachibi Jinchuriki, Kakashi and Gai.
Your logic is one of the worst I have ever seen, it's Konoha or it's the whole Ninja World (all villages and all the Kages)

weve seen no feats with tobi's rinnegan besides a shared field of vision and a manipulation of the bijuus through gedo mazo, he hasnt demonstrated any of the paths, until that time comes nagato rinnegan > tobi rinnegan

Difference between Nagatos attempt and Tobi's attempt is that Nagato had the element of surprise, and slaughtered ninja from a single not expecting 6 S rank ninja to spawn at once.

Meanwhile Tobi has barely fought in the war, but the two times he has fought, he slaughtered everything with the Statue, and later faced Naruto and Bee, easpically difficult because the fox dispite being at less then half power defeated 5 beasts at once. This is without seeing what Tobi is personally capable of. The fact that he was expected means that he didn't that element, and between the 5 ninja villages his forces have been worn down.
