Yeah i think tobi sharingan is madaras and he had collected them after madara died and implanted himself

You know how sasuke has itachis eyes but edo itachi also has his eyes cuz he died with them and edo brings you back how you were when you died you think someone has their hands on madaras eyes and if they dont someone really should have because thats really convinient.
