No, it goes a lot deeper than that. It turns out, Kakashi had a chick, and he walked in on Tobi dry humping his girlfriend's leg. Kinda like a dog, hence why Zetsu called him a good boy. They used to smoke Zetsu together too since Zetsu was a plant.
