Can i ask a stupid question?....Why do so many of you guys count the 6 jinchurikis as part of tobi...if u dont then y do u rate him so high (its just plain stupid) cause if you ask who can beat tobi and i say roshi (4tails) or utakata (6tails) would there be two roshis or two utakatas(one norm and one edo tensei?)
Kabuto...should we count the edo tensei zombies as part of his strenght?...cause that would make him the strongest shinobi the world has ever seen (not counting so6p cus to me he aint human)...if so y isnt he in the top 5 of so many of your 'strongest ninja' list... U GET ME?

Well by you're logic we shouldn't count Naruto's KB cuz it comes from the fox, Sasuke's EMS since it was Itachi's or the six path's of pain cuz theyre all dead bodies.

I get where youre coming from though, it's ridiculous to say Kabuto is in the top 5 for being able to have dead ninjas fight his battles for him....

Wat did tobi do to get their power?...Send akatsuki to capture dem i mean any1 can do that...six paths of pain hav nagatos jutsu...its his not theirs...he can use all their power,... Hmm, I think Tobi is strong enough to hold his own with anyone in the Manga right now..just because he is using the 6 paths jutsu doesn't mean he isn't strong..by your explanation you could also say that Nagato was weak because he used the same jutsu..

The jutsu is part of the power of the rennigan...Nagato was using the jutsu so that only konan would get close to him!...and he needed to always be in the village to protect it...the jinchurikis dont use any of tobis power

I don't count Tobi's Jinchuuriki because it seems that the only reason that he has them is because Kabuto brought them back, meaning that Kabuto can also possibly send them back to the Pure World and Tobi would be weaponless.

Or, it could be that Kabuto can also un-summon them.

Now Kabuto on the other hand is one of the strongest because he controls the puppets which he can summon. So technically, any technique that Uchiha Madara can use is accessible to Kabuto. Any technique that Hanzo is able to use is accessible to Kabuto. So on and so forth.

How do we know that if Tobi and Kabuto square off, Kabuto can't just end the jutsu? OR even pull control from Tobi? It's not certain.

All of you who rates Kabuto higher than Tobi are fools. Don't forget if anyone finds Kabuto himself, he's done for.

Although Tobi hasn't been shown using too many jutsu's, the ones we have seen are all top tier jutsu's that will put him ahead of almost or just everyone.

1. Space/time jutsu (another dimension) - If he touches you, you're dead...unless you know FTG or something equivalent in speed to outrun his space/time jutsu.
2. Space/time jutsu (pass wall) - You simply just can't hit him...unless again you know FTG or something equivalent (not even Gai or Kakashi were fast enough to land a surprise attack from behind)
3. He's got Mokuton and Izanagi, both top of the lot jutsu's, enough said.
4. He's got control over the most powerful creatures...the Bijuu's. No summons can rival that.
5. He's got the toughest mask in the world! That's total ownage in the mask business.

Kabuto is the strongest, Tobi is the second strongest. If they say "Madara vs Kabuto", well then there are going to be 2 Madaras (unless they restrict Kabuto's Madara). Just like if they say "Itachi vs EMS Sasuke", both Itachi and Sasuke will have Itachi's eyes. Kishi had to overpower them since they are taking on 5 Nations together.

Kabuto has always been strong, in the beginning of the series I remember Orochimaru putting Kabuto on Kalashi's level...they're both way stronger now., considering Kakashi was the next option for Hokage, Kabuto is a very strong opponent.

Also Kabuto is fighting from the shadows right now like the ninja that he is, but don't forget he is a close combat fighter too, even surviving a direct hit rasengan using his unique healing techniques which were teach to him by his adoptive father, a renown medic from the leaf.

Now Tobi, he's strong (stopped Suigetsu sword swing with just his arm) Naruto's full-on headbutt didn't even surprised him...his space time jutsu it's almost perfect., he owns the strongest weapons out there.

In my opinion, Kabuto is the strongest...but since Tobi still enjoys the benefit of concealing his means of power I think he's got the upper hand for now., but a few more weeks and Kabuto will show us his last card, "that jutsu".

I think Kabuto is in the top 15 for sure without summons. However with summons he is probably the second strongest after the Sage. However that strength isn't fully his and he has weakened because most of his summons have been sealed. I would then say Tobi is the next strongest, without the beast he would still be one of the strongest. With the beasts i still think Kabuto would win. He has an entire army.

Without counting the jinks as Tobi he's still strong. He's the mastermind of the Akatsuki which to me means that Nagato and Konan had a reason to be following him even though it was originally their organization.

Also before the war when he got into little scuffles with other characters no one could touch him. He was just playing with them and acting a fool. I feel like if Tobi ever had to throw down seriously 1v1 with his own power, he could give em hell. He's obviously very talented with genjutsu since he thinks he's pro enough to capture the whole world (he need the tailed beast to do that yes, but the gall of the idea suggests that he is proficient in genjutsu).

Forgot to mention Kabuto.

I rank Kabuto highly. I don't have a definite list myself but I think he's quite strong even without Edo Tensei. He was with Oro most of his life and was his right hand man.

Also he was holding his own against Tsunade. He's the new Oro, he's strong with or without edo.

And sorry but I'm going to count edo and the jinks really fast even though you don't want to. The idea that both of them are controlling all those people at the same time and being able to use their jutsu at high level is a strength to me as well. I mean Shikamaru has a hard enough time controlling 1 target. I'm just saying...

Its quite complicated. Kabuto can probably no longer control the jinchuriki since Tobi is controlling them with the Outer Path. But if Kabuto ended the jutsu... The question is if Kabuto can do this. The Jinchuriki are not the only case, same counts for Itachi. Both Itachi and the Jinchruiki are not under Kabutos control right now, but if he is able to simply end Edo Tensei and make them disappear it doesnt really matter.

In my eyes: Tobi > Kabuto. Because anyone could use Edo Tensei

you forget that tobi was owning everybody on the battlefield with the demon statue...now i feel like the statue was only that strong because he had the bijuu's power sealed inside of it...but if kabuto (could) un-summon them....what would stop tobi from placing the power back into the statue? plus he has sharingans for days, a pair of rinnegan, and replaceable limbs (lol).
