This is for the people who said that Tobi didn't use Izanagi and that he could still use it. It clearly states that he was using Izanagi at the price of the Sharingan which was in his left eye in which he cannot use anymore so he replaced it with the Rinnegan.

He used Izanagi to escape from Konan's eternal explosion, this was the part when we saw both of his eyes.

He can use it, at the cost of his Sharingan. Both Izanami and Izanagi seal the Sharingan eye that was used to perform it.

She asked how did he survive it, he answered with a simple Izanagi. Really guys? And the cost of that was a Sharingan, which he sacrificed and no longer has. Come on guys. That eye was from Danzo and now he doesn't have it so he replaced it with the Rinnegan.
