I wouldn't go so far as to say he is an uchiha. Uchiha's are a very proud arrogant lineage. Take sasuke and madara for example. They act high and mighty and never scared of combat unlike tobi. I'm not saying tobi is scared of combat, its just he acts very different then an "elite" (obito reference) uchiha. Also he has zetsu like body parts on him, that's not really normal for an uchiha lol.

I said he is an uchiha because in the fight with Konan he had a sharingan in both eyes
btw i think he is Madara and the white substance that looked like Zetsu's white side has something to do with that xd:shrug:

Or if he is Uchiha Kagami as some say then that support your theory because he and Danzo know each other long ago

I really hate the kagami theory but it works somewhat even though its flawed. Maybe he transplanted both eyes but had one covered due to chakra drain. He also has both senju and uchiha DNA regardless of whether or not he is apart of those lineages. Although Kagami could possibly work, kagami was part of the uchiha clan when they turned their backs on madara. Why kagami would conspire with madara(they know each other I forget the chapter but its in the 560's) if they rejected him decades earlier. Its all just speculation and I have work off today so i'm just browsing the forums and coming up with theories.
