One of the things I like about Naruto is that there are very few actual bad guys. Most characters that have been used to fill the bad guy role have just been following their own idea of peace and justice. Even Tobi, while his methods may seem evil, his end goal is peace.

Actual bad guys:
1. Orochimaru
2. Hidan
3. Kakuzu
4. Sasori
5. Zetsu (maybe)

Outside of that, each character has had reasons for doing what they did.

Now i know this seems crazy, how can a guy who brought the 4th ninja war be a good guy? Kinda like Itachi...look at what has happened since this happaned...Tobi has gathered all the bad guys and has united all villages together, what if this was his plan on bringing peace? once uniting the ninja world, they would eliminate all the rouge ninjas in this war right? He also has taken all the tailed beasts so that Naruto can destroy them and everything will be balanced in all the nations.....am i crazy or does this make sense?

tobi is a good guy means that he was a good guy or his motiv is good ... because like all villans in the end he wants peace and that is a good .. but his way to get peace is bad.... and also ..... tobi was a good guy he is izuna and on the databook izuna personalaty says this Izuna Uchiha was a harmonic and devoted person. He also appeared to be very competitive with his brother, Madara, in terms of skill. Tobi also implies that Madara and Izuna were close as brothers.

so this is way tobi(izuna) is a good guy
