[Theory] Tobi a good guy?

Now i know this seems crazy, how can a guy who brought the 4th ninja war be a good guy? Kinda like Itachi...look at what has happened since this happaned...Tobi has gathered all the bad guys and has united all villages together, what if this was his plan on bringing peace? once uniting the ninja world, they would eliminate all the rouge ninjas in this war right? He also has taken all the tailed beasts so that Naruto can destroy them and everything will be balanced in all the nations.....am i crazy or does this make sense?

Factually Tobi indeed is a good guy, he wants peace, but the way he wants to obtain peace is actually in a f-ed up way, I guess he's tired of the world and sees no hope within it, everything "good" guys have tried to get peace failed therefore he sees Naruto as a immature child who says bullcrap <- this is what I believe about Tobi

I think so as well, Tobi is a good boy. Also a little clue in the last episode of naruto "episode 261" rightt before gaara said we are only shinobi now the juubi's eye flashed for a second. If you don't believe me re watch the episode. It could be a hint tobi's real plan is coming together.
