Do the toads; JIRAIYA, Naruto and MINATO stand a chance against EMS madara in battle, I honestly believe they can barely win, or at least give him a good fight, thoughts?

With rinnegan and his ems madara wins . All three toads as you called them are powerful . But in my opinion kishi went out his way to tell us the hierarchy in the narutoverse and its Hashi 1 Madara 2 then everyone else !

im talking about when naruto was actually fighting madara. madara faced naruto, bee and gai at the same time without PS and took gai and bee out for a while and resorted to mokuton to fight naruto.

All 3 of them then + gamabunta and all the other frogs keep madara busy until frog song is finished prepping

That's true. But he never really managed to finish Naruto as he escaped the dragon, made a clone, and intercepted/countered both Madara and Obito. So I can see Madara being pushed to PS eventually and winning with mid difficulty possible. And Minato and Jiraiya might tip the scales.

What would Frog Song actually do to EMS that are basically eyes and eyes depent solely on light? Kabuto disrupted light in the cave with his White Rage technique to render their ocular abilities useless. Without it, he would have done nothing. Don't compare Rinnegan to EMS as the former gives the paths and requires zero eye usage, whereas the latter is completely and utterly dependent on eyes and each eye is associate with Amatersu and Tukiyomi and together they make up Sussano.
