Alright, so tell me all you know about toads. Make sure it's very orderly and not chaotic.

Use bullet points if needed, but make sure you cover just about everything you know about toads.

-Toads are the most recurring animal summoning in naruto, because the three who sign the contract are my favorite characters, well naruto and minato that is.
-Toads are summon from Mt. Myoboku (not sure if it is like that) and the king summoning is the great toad sage, well the boss one that can be summon is gamabunta (the second biggest toads)
-In the manga/anime they have shown 13 toads that were summon.
-The two elder toads (fukasaku and shima) are the two toads that can merge with the user (like what happen with the pervy sage) for him to use senjutus to harness the Toad sage mode, he needed them because he couldn't gather senjutsu on his own, so basically he didn't perfect the sage mode, the only one who did it was naruto.
-most toads, if not all can use oil and water by spitting it from the mouth.
-They are many different types of toads also, they are the ones that do battles, the ones that are the respected ones like teachers, the scroll toads that hold secrets or toads like the one that was in jiraiya that had the seal for naruto's mark on his stomach. They are also the gourds shape toads, like the one that jiraiya summon itachi, kisame, naruto, and sasuke in.

Toads originate from Mount Myoboku which is ran by the Great Toad Sage. They vary in size ranging from as huge as a mountain to as small as a normal toad. All the toads have unique personalities that differ amongst themselves. They also have versatile combat abilities and they are also one of the few contract summons that are able to utilize hand seals in battle allowing them to use ninjutsu and genjutsu. Toads can even balance themselves on their back legs in order to leave their upper arms free to use in battle, because of this some toads are masters at wielding certain weapons in battle. Some toads also are also familiar with using senjutsu making them a very dangerous contract summon to face during battle like, the toads who serve under the Great Toad Sage and are his airs, Fukasaku and Shima. Once one is signed to this contract and they build a respectful and trustful relationship with the Great Toad Sage then they may be allowed to train in toad senjutsu. The only 3 known contractors stated in Naruto so far are Jiraiya, Minato, and Naruto. Only Jiraiya and Naruto have been seen using Sage mode and only Naruto was able to master it.

All toads originate from Mount Myoboku and are the most seen summon in the whole series. There are only 3 people in canon who have signed the contract; Naruto, Minato and Jiraiya. Toads possess a wide range of abilities, being able to spit water or oil from their mouths as well as utilising things ranging from their own tongues and weapons in battle. Toads come in different sizes ranging from massive towering toads like Gamabunta while Gamakichi fits on a mans head. Strangely enough toads are able to make hand signs making them even more unique. There are also many different types of toads that have certain roles in Mount Myoboku like messenger toads, tracker toads etc.

I see most of it has been covered.

  • Extendable tongues
  • Use of ninjutsu (up to some degree)
  • use of taijutsu/weaponry
  • Able to sense natural energy (to some degree)
  • Enter sage mode (few)
  • Important summon in the manga
  • ability to spew out oil and water
  • Ability to use hand seals

Remember toads also vary in size a lot. this being said, think over what toad you summon into battle, and what their abilities are.

If you're fighting a hardcore fire user, don't summon a big toad that can use wind techniques. Fire covers a great deal of terrain and most techniques are very high/wide, so a big toad is stupid. Wind techniques are equally stupid.

Ok well let's just say you guys are able to summon regular toads and have signed the contract at this point.

First jutsu!

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Gamariki) Summoning Technique: Gamariki
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
Gamariki is one of the most unique toad summons from mount Myobokuzan. Although with a very feminine appearance and behavior, he's actually a male (this contrast has lead to many comedic scenes between him and naruto). Slightly bigger than a human, he is a capable toad warrior, with the ability to use Water techniques up to A-Rank, Genjutsu up to B-Rank as well as like most toads, he can use Oil techniques.
Note: can only be summoned once

Pretty obviously, a toad.

Pro's:
Normal size, means it can be summoned sneaky if done correctly (hidden mist, smoke bombs etc).
Can use up to A-rank water, B-rank genjutsu and oil techniques.

Contra:
Only up to A-rank water
Can only be summoned once into battle.

Small note in general: you can't have more than 1 toad on the field with the exception of the duo summoning Ma&Pa (you can summon them, but can't fuse with them unless you have sage mode).

Now, how would you guys utilize this toad and in what situation?

One of my favorite elements to use in battle is water, and my main bio holds a water specialty, so I know how annoying it is to get interupted once your are using water colliding wave in order to create a water source on the battlefield. So I would use this toad to sucsesfully create a large water source wgile I trap my opponebrt in a high ranked genjutsu and then attack my opponent with Genjutsu and cloe range fighting combinations, water wind combinations, or water lightning combinations.

I don't really use water as an element that much, but i would take use of his genjutsu usage :D i would layer genjutsu on my enemies, or when fighting i would use his water affinity in conjunction with water and lighting jutsu very effectively. I can also use him to cast a genjutsu on my opponent very quickly, while i simultaneously do a killing move, like a earth spikes, which would give the enemy a very short time frame to counter, if he doesn't godmod of course ~_~

No question at all, except this one.
For jutsu that need hand seal, do he needs to do it? O_O

I would use this toad mainly for genjutsu purposes as well since water isn't really my favourite element, since I have genjutsu mastered I could layer genjutsu with the toad which would be useful as the opponent would essentially be trapped inn 2 genjutsus, the other one working once they release the first. I would also use this toad for long range support using his water techniques to put more pressure onto the opponent while I bombard them with my own techniques as well. Oil would be useful to combine along with fire jutsus to give that extra power. However the toad isn't that big which is a disadvantage.

Good, but why attack with close range when you could utilize their tongue from long range and then use an elemental combination as well?

Hand seals: yes. Toads can use those so they have to do so.

Never use this toad for genjutsu. Making a clone costs less time and it can user higher ranked attacks. Use it for it's tongue/oil mostly. Remember that.

See above remark. Also, 2 genjutsus is useless and won't work. the chakra system is already in turmoil, so one kai would get them out of both genjutsus.

Remember guys, use the oil and especially the tongue to your advantages.

A clone can do all the rest that this toad can, and it's a much more cost efficient and time efficient deal to use a clone.

Also, clones are much harder to deal with than toads.

Any more questions?

So the tongue can wrap around your opponents body, and they are passive attacks right? Is spitting out oil passive as well, also is the 5 hand seals and then slam hands on the ground the only way to summon these toads?

And I personally like close range battle and plan to have SM one day. SM gives more of a taijutsu boost than anything so I will be hammering from close range in most of my battle in order to gain experience.
