Lol, First you need to Create a Bio and Get it approved.
Then you have to train in all the basic elements and master then and also the Nin,Gen, and Tai.
Then you have to Gain the Toad summoning contract and Learn the Skills.
Then you have to request Permission from two RP mods for taking the Toad Sage mode test.
And the most important thing is that you should have a cannon bio that has toad sage mode(Either Jiraiya or Naruto)
Naruto Bio has its own restriction.
You have to pass the Toad SM test and then You have to learn the Senjutsu techniques.
You are just a Genin. You need to be of atleast Sage rank(10000) post.
Sooooo...make a simple bio. Raise your post count. Master all the Basics then you can think about Sage Mode.

well Toad Sage Mode is something that you can achieve in the RP on NB. Sudharsan just helped you a bit out.
