It isn't x3. Kakashi stated that the V1 Chakra given to him by Kurama boosted his power level times x3. And we know that Sage Mode is superior to V1 Kyuubi Chakra Mode.

there is no definite multiplier in my opinion as it's probably on how much senjutsu the user can gather. naruto having a large chakra reserve already makes his multiplier even bigger as he has to balance the senjutsu with his own massive chakra reserves. it's also on how well you can handle said senjutsu also, and naruto being a perfect sage makes it better. thats just the way i see it.
