Naruto would have a very difficult time. He can't counter Minato's FTG2 when it's thrown. However, he can use shadow clones to stay at Minato's kunai and use a combination of sensing and frog kumite to hit him as soon as he reapears. The reason that this would work is that Naruto can't be sneaked up on. Frog kumite means that he doesn't have to be accurate with his punches. And lastly, frog kumite is invincible and unsensable, Minato wouldn't even know when to teleport.

Sounds great, but there's no way to predict where a teleportation will lead. He'll be able to tell when he'll teleport, but not where. He'll no the instant he surfaces though.

no ftg is insant... just remember how minato countered A super speed at the very last time and narto countered 3rd raikage at the very last time but ftg is even intant and faster than SM naruto.

It says he can counter at the last possible second so if Minato used FTG he will know where he appears and move out of the way of his attack.

So it wouldn't matter if Minato is using FTG to jump around because he would not be able to break Naruto's defence.

Although your post did make me think a little bit, and I would like to add on to my first post because of that. Naruto wouldn't be able to react to the FTG technique itself, since it is instant, and there's nothing to pre-cog against since the technique moves through time and space, but any attack after that Naruto would be able to dodge, judging from his feat of evading and outmaneuvering a Raikage in the last possible second ( of course, I don't know if Naruto can dodge attacks without looking at them, maybe you could elaborate on that? ).

You cannot counter something that's instant. Sage mode is good but it has yet to counter something that fast. And using wiki is useless as the manga is prove that sm hasn't shown anything close to countering something that's instant.

naruto in KM reached yellow flash level though acording to yamato he isn't yellow flash level yet but he in SM never reached yellow flash level... right???

ftg faster than SM naruto... only using frog kumite he can attack at the very last time but using ftg minato can dodge the attack

remember 3rd raikage is fast naruto defeated him using frog kumite and rasengan but A is even faster than 3rd whom minato dodgeed instant and easily

In Sage Mode Naruto can detected Chakra so you can't Hid from Him. In Tail Beast Mode He can detected Malice so you can't make a move against Him if you plan on killing Him or harming Him or others near Him.
