FTG is instant. You can't react to something that is instant. No matter how enhanced your perception becomes.
'Detect before the attack happens' that means Naruto will know when Minato will jump and move accordingly to dodge it.
Sounds great, but there's no way to predict where a teleportation will lead. He'll be able to tell when he'll teleport, but not where. He'll no the instant he surfaces though.
no ftg is insant... just remember how minato countered A super speed at the very last time and narto countered 3rd raikage at the very last time but ftg is even intant and faster than SM naruto.

He's not going to know when Minato is going to teleport, unless Naruto in Sage Mode can read minds. FTG is instant teleportation from point A to point B, not foot speed that is perceivable.
Although your post did make me think a little bit, and I would like to add on to my first post because of that. Naruto wouldn't be able to react to the FTG technique itself, since it is instant, and there's nothing to pre-cog against since the technique moves through time and space, but any attack after that Naruto would be able to dodge, judging from his feat of evading and outmaneuvering a Raikage in the last possible second ( of course, I don't know if Naruto can dodge attacks without looking at them, maybe you could elaborate on that? ).
No that is where I was going.
Nah, FTG is just too instant.
Can Naruto dodge attacks without looking at them in Sage Mode?
You must be registered for see linksSo it wouldn't matter if Minato is using FTG to jump around because he would not be able to break Naruto's defence.
