Had Sasuke not been attempting to take Bee alive, his first move would have been Amaterasu more than likely, and he wouldn't have stopped until he was dead, capturing someone alive is much harder for someone like Sasuke than simply killing them.
Kisame was great at capturing because his fighting style relied on wearing down opponents either by drowning them partially or draining them of chakra.

so if sasuke isint smart enouf to use ameteratsu from the beginning it is his fault bee won and used ameteratsu as a way to escape the area and used it as a cover up to get away from A. i mean after the fact sasuke was almost killed im certain he just started to fight for survival after the firstime he was healed

The only time he 'fought for survival' is when he thought of Taka as Team 7. You can see that his intentions changed at that moment pretty easily.

Sasuke was stated to be wounded from his previous fight with Itachi, and Killer Bee only has a counter for Tsukuyomi(because Kishi decided to give Sasuke a nerfed Tsukuyomi). Sasuke tested Amaterasu for the first time and nearly killed Bee.

Haha i'm going to enjoy this.
The samurai got it on his armor not his body.
The raikage got hit with a shield of "Blaze release" and lost his arm.
Killer bee had no counter, had sasuke not extinguished the flames he never would have cut off the tentacle bee was hiding in, had he not done that the entire of the eight tails with bee inside of it would have been engulfed in the flames for seven days, with no way of escaping, and slowly but surely he would have burned to death.
Amaterasu is a fatal attack, Blaze release is a defense, if the raikage was stupid enough to stick his arm in it then yes he would lose an arm, if the attack wouldn't kill anyone in your eyes, then why did he dodge it in the first place hmm?
