Good points, I forgot about the time he stepped out of the coffin.
I don't know how he knows the Rinnegan is with Nagato, but if it was him really who implanted it, that would be kinda wierd because Nagato wasn't even born yet even when after Madara dies.

No actually the time difference isn't wrong... Madara lived after the fight with hashirama, long enough to meet nagato, which means he lived to the 2nd great ninja war, thus he was 70 ish....

KABUTO used edo tensei and stated that he revived madara to his prime... better than his prime(golden age) .. which is why he gets revived with a young body AND rinnegan..

But Madara can use it, as he is able to use Susano'o we know that Amaterasu + Tsukiyomi = Susano'o according to Itachi.

But Tobi does definitely have MS but we don't know what looks like.

If Tobi really is the 2nd Madara then the Edo Tensei Madara should be able to use Kamui too? and Inazagi maybe not it depends, when Tobi acquire Hashirama's blood. After main Madara's death or before.
