Alright...now, let me just say I niether bash nor wank either of the Uchiha bros. My wankin is saved for Kagami and Fugaku.
Now, I see a lot of people who support Itachi tend to bash Sasuke. A few examples I have seen mainly involve calling Sasuke a revenge driven, antisocial, emo, jerkass homo.
But have you forgotten, Itachi made him like that?
Honestly, when we see Sasuke before the Massacre, he is an average young boy. Loves his family, has an obvious case of Big-Brother worship, etc. Getting Tsukuyomi'd right after seeing your family murdered for 72 hours by the person you admired most would damage anyone's psyche, especially because it doesn't look as if Sasuke got any form of psychiatric help after.
And to really drive in the tragedy, just remember; Sasuke knew a large portion of the Uchiha, considering they were all living in the same compound. Now imagine if you were forced to watch your elder brother kill all of your friends and family for 3 straight days. I'm actually impressed Sasuke didn't just go brain dead then and there.
I'm not saying that Sasuke is a great guy or Itachi is a douche, just that Sasuke's personality is justified. And please don't try to pass the mind rape as a part of Itachi's brilliant plan, because the guy was only thirteen, already dealing with the stress of having to kill his own clan with his best friends suicide stacked on that to actually make any real effective plan. And I still doubt Itachi realized Sasuke was just an eight year old boy, and nowhere near as talented Itachi was at that age.
