Throughout tobirama's explanation,Tobirama haters where stating that he's weak,and scared of the Uchiha's.
They even stated that if a fight brewed between sasuke and tobirama,he would have his ass handed to him because he has nothing on sussanno,but guess what!
Izuna Had Mangeykou sharingan,thereby possessing susanno,but tobirama was able to push him to his Limit,and even succeeded in landing a fatal blow which later took Izuna's life,soo there's your proof tobirama aint scared of no-one!

Of course tobirama is scared of the uchiha. that doesnt make him a bitch or anything though. He knows what they can become. His fear of them going on rampages is why he seems scared of them. Thats why he tries hard to oppress them. Just because hes scared doesn't mean he isn't a badass. Everyone is scared of something, doesn't mean they won't deal with it. Just like tobirama.

Tobirama has been fighting the Uchiha sense childhood who's to say he has not fought Madara a few times here n there?

Also Tobirama killed Izuna who was said to be equal to Madara at that time so in theory he should have been on even grounds with MS Madara.

Not only that you can clearly see Tobirama's eagerness to kill Madara in the flashback after one of the battles against the Senju he did not look frightend.

He is indeed afraid of Madara. When Orochimaru asked why he was so scared, He didn't deny it, just affirm it by saying that Orochimaru does not know Madara. To me, him being so eager to fight Madara is a sign that he is indeed afraid. Afraid of what Madara can do and he refuses to take chances with him. As for the whole Izuna thing, we don't know his MS techniques, nor do we know if he had Susano'o. For all we know Izuna could have been blind.

You are assuming he is powerful enough to do it. Also, he had no legit reason to, so even if he wanted to, he could not.
