Madara's Perfect Susanoo can destroy mountains and last I checked it nearly destroyed the Shisuusenju. The armor was knocked off of Kurama so Shisuusenju is the only thing that can beat it.

Madara was in the middle of that jinton when he activated Perfect Susanoo. He even states their efforts as futile, meaning that even Onoki's jinton powered by Tsunade's chakra is nothing compared to Madara's Perfect Susanoo (even when the chakra is unstable).

Here, you can see Onoki putting down his hands in defeat, cancelling the jutsu before Madara's Perfect Susanoo is stabilized:
