Hashirama is still one of the most powerful to ever grace the Narutoverse, but he was undoubtedly surpassed by both Naruto and Sasuke. I'm assuming "existing" refers to living, so Kaguya, Hagoromo, Madara and the like are restricted from this conversation, so not much point in bringing them up.

Tactically stopping a meteorite with his woods and completely decimating the living f*** out of the meteorite... they're different things. Just like Hashi tactically stopped PS slash by the sides, because he could not tank it.
