Hashirama compares Sakura to Tsunade
>His last memory of Tsunade's age was her as a little child, not even current Byakugo Tsunade...
Then there is this...
I doubt that. Hinata possesses agency in her own story and goals she was working towards. Sakura only wanted Sasuke and fufilled the role of "one with boobs" on Team 7. Even a minor villain like Kabuto had more agency, goals and chapters dedicated to his story and backstory than Sakura.
@bold The irony! Hinata also only wanted Naruto. She wanted Naruto so badly that she forget she has other friends she needs to care about. Sakura wanted Sasuke but genuinely cared about others to their respective extent i.e. her comrades and friends, other shinobis. Hinata forgot all of them after Naruto. Sasuke was her former comrade, wasn't he? Can you remind me of a single instance in which Hinata gave a single word of concern or expressed grief about what he had become?
Oh, what goals did she really have? I thought her only goal was Naruto. Sanbi acquisition mission? Hinata: "I need to get strong for Naruto-kun".
Kishi didn't focus on her backstory and said that she was an ordinary girl from ordinary parents. And on what basis did you decide that a likeable character needs to have a backstory about him/her?
No she didn't. Hinata also wanted to prove she could be a splendid ninja, and overcome her timidness and perceived weakness in the eyes of her father and clan. Which by the war, she did.

No she didn't. She stayed with Team 8 and fought alongside them and Neji during the war. Team 8 were also involved in the Search for Itachi arc, with Team 7. Since Team 7 needed assistance finding Itachi before Sasuke could.

They weren't comrades. They just happened to be from the same village. Just like Orochimaru and Danzo were also from the leaf. Also, why would she express grief over Sasuke? They never exchange words in the entirety of the manga. This may be shocking for you to hear, but the world doesn't revolve around Sasuke. No one on Team 8 or Team Guy shed a tear about Sasuke's defection or downward spiral in to being a criminal. Ino was the only person who cried over Sasuke on Team 10, and that was only because, like Sakura, she had a crush on him. Even though Ino and Sasuke only shared one sentence in the entire manga, and that was during the Chunin Exams. Team 7 were Sasuke's team and the people who were most effected by his defection. Naturally they would care the most. But Hinata? Missing Nins are a common thing in the ninja world, it's not a big deal.
Sanbi Acquisition mission was anime filler. I already explained above what was driving Hinata. A desire to overcome her inadequacies and prove herself a shinobi. A similar story that both Naruto and Lee have.

Compared to the development Naruto, Sasuke and even Kakashi (by proxy of his own relationships with Obito and Minato) got in terms of development, backstory and motivation; it is not unfair to state that Kishi came up short with regards to Sakura. Remember Kabuto was given several chapters covering his backstory, childhood and motivations. Kishi didn't even feature Sakura's parents in the manga. The man's priorities weren't on the cherry blossom child.
