BITCH PLEASE, Itachi unlocked and mastered his bloody sharigan at age 8, He became and anbu at only 13 years old! He was defently ahead of obito in his time. But the fact is that obito is older than itachi. When he was fighting the 4th misakage, Im sure he was around 14 or 15? with some powerups from madura and his own skill that he mastered, itachi was only a kid at that time looking over baby saskue before that happend.
