Let's be serious, all ocular powers of Sasuke are due to Itachi's aid; and Itachi was a lot more clever than this guy. As an example...Sasuke was barely able to survive the fight with Raikage, and concerning Madara....he soloed the 5 kages at low-mid difficulty. So, it is unrealistic to say that Sasuke will surpass Madara.

I think that what orochimaru is saying is that he'll reach madara level but not as he is now as he is now but with out the infinite chakra and body cuz come on if he didn't have all that I doubt madara would be so destructive as he is now as we've seen in the past that madara was always powerful in how he used his jutsu and mind while hashirama just spammed wood lol basically I think sasuke could reach madara alive but with rinnegan level cuz we all know he needs something to keep up with naruto
