No. Bold is highly illogical. Naruto didn't need to seal the Bijuu within him, and nothing suggests he would've been able to had he grew up as a non-Jin. Sasuke took them by his own capabilities and hence is using their abilities because he earned them. Naruto didn't earn Kurama, he simply fought it with the help of Bee.

He earned it by proving himself by trying to save the bijuu.

No he couldn't use it as he wished in part 1 Idiot. Those times Kuruma gave Naruto chakra to help him beyond that there was no control. You truly are an idiot void of logic.

By this definition, Naruto could not influence the Kyuubi to give him total control over his Chakra in Part 1, Kuruma only gave him Chakra when he asked or needed to. it is also by this definition that Naruto wasn't able to direct Kuruma when he was in those rages where Kuruma's chakra would envelop him or control the events that would follow his transformations due to his anger controlling him.

A few chapters ago he looked down on Madara after the sage said he was dying and Sasuke stated that Madara deserved it for having used the tailed beasts. Shouldn't that also apply to him? Sasuke has shown that he has sunk as low as Obito and Madara by using the tailed beasts. He's doing the same thing that he looked down on Madara for doing. Naruto will not kill him but he will come to realize he cannot beat him either. Naruto might end up almost killing him and then bringing him back like he did for Guy and Obito.

He already realized that he needs the tailed beast power against Naruto so he has fallen into the same trap as Obito and Madara, this won't end well for him.
