lol too bad hinata is one of the main characters and is less fodder than foddura over here
XD To be mad at something so minuscule would be ridiculous, however, I was not comparing them, nor do I care if you were bashing her or not, just saying, she's as much of a main character as Sakura. If anything, she's shown up as much as her in the manga and the anime, which is not all that much. Just saiyan, so don't get mad, get glad. *_*
Seriously, please know what you are talking about before saying Hinata is a main supporting character. There is no such thing as a main supporting character. There is main characters, and supporting characters. Naruto/Sasuke/Sakura are main characters, Hinata/Neji/Lee/Kiba/etc are all supporting characters.
People hate for either legit reasons or to gain cool points. Either way, unless they are true Sakura fans who understand the complexity of her character and appreciate the small but encouraging development she receives, they will always hate her. Many are stuck on the Sakura from part 1 and can't separate the woman from the child.
Fact is, Sakura gained a decent power-up, Team 7 antics were returned to make fans smile and having Sasuke rush to her side, after last he tried to kill her, also gains Sasuke character development. He was also impressed by her attack, something he would never have shown before either.
The complexity of her character? Really now? I don't know why everyone trying to defend Sakura bring up the pre-shipuuden Sakura, I actually liked her more than the Shipuuden Sakura. At least pre-shipuuden Sakura was a kid and she was growing up learning how to deal with her emotions and love etc. That was understandable, she was a child, she was learning, growing, learning how to deal with things. She has no excuse now, she is still the same dumb *****. She hasn't grown, she hasn't learned anything.
How has she grown? Naruto and Sasuke save her, and she still only acknowledges Sasuke and ignores Naruto. Don't give me that crap that she only said thanks to Sasuke because she saw him first/couldn't see Naruto, she has been doing that since the beginning of the series. Anytime Naruto/Sasuke saved her she only acknowledged Sasuke. Hell even when Naruto saved her during the Chuunin exams she thanked Sasuke even though he didn't do anything. When Naruto beat Haku Sakura thought Sasuke did it. Her character just pisses people off because of this. Because Naruto has been the one who constantly saves her, and everyone else for that matter, and she pisses on him. He saved the entire village from Pain and the first thing she did when he got back was punch him. Who the hell does that? She lies to Naruto telling him she loves him, just so she can go "kill" Sasuke herself. She drugged Sai and Kiba so she could fight Sasuke alone, even though she made a pact with the rest of the Konoha 12, so she broke that pact just because she probably didn't want anyone else to kill her "love". That is selfish. She was all determined to kill Sasuke for the sake of the village and world, but couldn't do it because she is immature and put her "love" over the rest of the world.
People also don't like her because she has no jutsu, and does nothing. When has she ever used an elemental jutsu? Never. The only thing she has is chakra control, and not even a large amount of chakra. She can punch. And now she stole Tsunade's Yin Seal. Naruto and Sasuke took their sensei's techniques and made them their own, Sakura just copied Tsunade. She didn't make anything her own. To be fair she didn't even use the seal yet, all she did was create it. I don't think the ground punch had anything to do with the seal, I think that was just her using her normal strength. The whole point of the Yin Seal is to either use Souzou Saisei or Hyakugou, which to use you need to release the seal, not create it, so I don't think she has done anything with it yet. I'll give you that, maybe she did create something new from the seal, maybe when she releases it we will find out. Even so, she went and showed off, and because of her showing off she needed to be saved again. And her saying she is on par with Naruto/Sasuke now is her boasting, she wants to look important/strong in front of Sasuke, because that is all she cares about. She has never done any of this in front of Naruto, but as soon as Sasuke comes back she all of a sudden wants to show her true power, and is boasting, just because she is still a child at heart and wants Sasuke to love her.
That's what piss people off.
And I don't like snickers. It doesn't even go here. How do you read when someone is angry or butthurt if they're not even telling you off anyways?
