And why didn't she fight pain instead of tsunade if she was stronger... She just sat there crying and screaming Naruto, while Tsunade fought him till she almost died and Hinata scarified herself.
Power is not everything, to be the perfect ninja you gotta know how to act in certain situations and underpressure, in addition to that experience is needed.
None of them is supposed to be a hokage right now. the perfect hokage is kakashi IMO

Ok I don't agree with all that what you said b/c first off she will not go back to what you call useless state of hers b/c whether you like it or not I know it won't happen b/c of her chakra control.

Second your acting like oh why didn't she use that form when pain was there well uh news flash it wasn't ready to be used yet otherwise it won't do any good.

Third no one said power is everything she is stronger and she has gotten faster and not only that her ninjutsu is improving. Maybe in the future she'll practice her Genjutsu b/c I wish to see her perform some which of course she has an aptitude of. That deals with her name cherry-blossoms or Inner Sakura. Anyway point is that Sakura isn't weak whether you believe it or not! And if she was weak you blame her dad who is still a genin b/c that affected her abilities of a ninja. Now she isn't weak anymore with that training from Tsunade one of the Legendary Sannin and its not just power/strength its the will of fire within her.

Where did it say it is temporary? She collected for 3 years to CREATE that, not that it is there, she can collect there from now on easily as tsunade did. Tsunade used it all up fighting orochimaru and healing but it didnt take 3 years to get it back she had it again very shortly after. Once you have it, it's easy. Dear lord people. She didn't do that for 3 years just to use it in a day lol. It's hers now get over it.

Tsunade > Sakura ofc.

Sakura still has much to learn about governing and medical jutsus. Not ready but under good stewardship.
A lot has happened since the Pain arc. Sakura is now battle-hardened but all the same not ready for the title of Kage.

Sasuke is a snake that wants to slither his way to the top. Look at his new/old summon! He's a flip flopper by nature, quite literally too. Nobody wants such a person to be in office.

Naruto decides with compassion. Not ready for the Kage title either, but definitely on the right track. He's a junior Ron Paul. He's the guy you want running the show.
