Ugh we get the picture but for most things in naruto that people can deem overrated is that those particular things haven't been displayed enough there maybe more to yin release than meets the eye. So it's not only sakura's real power but it's many different things.

i have a theory that she only formed the seal. she didn't realease it. but when she said i don't need it to look younger she can make herself look older as well. she still has yet to release it. when she made her move she just used her normal power and speed.

it takes time to form the Yin Seal. (shizune has been with tsunade forever and still can't form it). and there's only 3 people with the Yin Seal Mark. Mito uzumaki, Tsunade senju/uzumaki, and sakura Haruno.
