[Predictions] To perform infinite tsukyomi

This is just a thought of why obito shouldn't be able to perform infinite tsukyomi;;
1: it wasnt named infinite 'tsukyomi' just out out of ignorance...otherwise it would have justbeen named maybe infinite genjutsu or infinite kotoamatsukami....but no it was named infinite tsukyomi because the user has to be able to use tsukyomi genjutsu.

2: so far in the series there has only been two character capable of using tsukyomi 'itachi uchiha' and 'izuna uchiha'....so i dont see it possible for obito who clearly doesnt have this ability to be able to use it....madara n the other hand has some tricks up his sleeve...so no1 knows what he is capable of.....=D

Argument from fallacy and/or exclusive premise? You can do better than that.

Where is your proof of him not being able to do it?

If your answer is 'he hasn't used it until now' then your statement is pure speculation.
