It's called a "user name" its when you pick a word(s) that others users can refer to you as.

We ban people who deserve to be banned. Considering you act exactly the same way on all your accounts, it aren't jokes, it's just the way you are. With other words a troll. If don't stop after having had clear indications that you had to stop, it's fairly obvious you're going to be banned. If it was really a "joke" you would know when to stop and if those "jokes" are negative for the forums, logically we're not going to laugh with them.
