Do you really believe that Sasuke who's hate has been building up in this manga since the very beggining who was a avenger from the beggining and driven from hate from the beggining all that sweept away in 2 chapters of flashbacks and a lame excuse how a ninja must endure? For the village?
Like how naive are you. Would you say hey it's ok my whole family is dead for the sake of the village and what not. I will sacrifice my self to it's ok kill me?
My logical assumption is that Sasukes decision is quite opposite what he told to the Hokages, (Orochimaru knows this he saw it before Sasuke told anything).
I believe Sasuke will join Madaras side i dont say it will happen 100% but i am preety sure he will.
Just think like this:
Why sasuke would join Madara:
1) The village and the shinobi are guilty of the death of the Uchia
2) His own brother gave up everything up to save Konoha (in sasukes eyes this is not good)
3) His whole life Sasuke was a anti hero, his goal was always to avenge, first to his brother, then to Danzou, then to the elders of konoha then to the whole village.
For gods sake in the chapter it self it wrote: Karin: He stabbed me from the back and tried to kill me, Orochimaru: He stabbed me from the back too and i am still alive.
What of a mind set stabs people from the back all the time? Sasukes mind.
He now probably hates everything.
The only reason he did tell all this to the Hokages because Sasuke knows that Hashirama is out of control and is not somebody you want to fight head on.
He only gave a chance to Orochimaru to use his technuiqe to control him 100% then he will join the war right besides Madara to complete the eyes moon plan.
I mean what we could see in the last scene of the battle is that Madara and Obito are loosing why make the fight even less interesting by adding a dozen super powerfull people on the winning side?
