Haha really? Well, some of my family and close friends are Indian, so I celebrate and immerse myself in a lot of it's culture. A majority of the people who live in Trinidad are of Indian descent as well. Hindu cultures and ideals are a part of me, just as much as my Caribbean cultures are. :heh:

Indeed. My favourite singer Melanie Fiona is of Indian descent as well. There are a lot of Indian origin people in Trinidad and Guyana so even people who are not Hindu know of the religion and it's culture.

To honour my grandparents, I am going to fast with them. I might have some sabudana vada to do so, because I can't completely fast without fainting.
