Dear habanero,
It seems like only yesterday when I held you in my arms. I have so much to tell you! I'll start off by saying that orochimaru - you know that weird guy who use to hang around jiraiya-sama? - he revived myself and the other hokage. It's a burden, but it's such a blessing at the same time.
All these years have passed since we last spoke, and, oh, how times have changed. Our son, our beautiful son, has grown into such a fine young man - He is handsome, strong, and very courageous. I wish you could see him right now; he reminds me of myself. He even has a girlfriend! She reminds me so much of you! Her fiery temper, and aggressive attitude, oh boy, it seems my son is a lot like me! Maybe that won't be too much of a bad thing *wink*. Surprisingly, He was even able to take my jutsu's to new heights, and has become a companion of the toads also; I wonder if he was able to train with the toad sage like master jiraiya. It makes me so proud to look upon him in these times of crisis and it does my heart joy to know how much jiraiya has helped him grow.
He has so many friends now; He even wants to become the hokage, hahaha. It seems he has a little competition though; remember mikoto's kid? They're such close friends now, and I wish you could see them now. You'd be so proud of him. I think he really listened to all the advice you gave him as a kid. Even in the short time you spent with him, you were such a good mother. It's in times like this that I do wish we could have been around to see him grow up, but, at least I was able to see him again even in a time like this.
I hope you're doing well, but I must end my letter now. I'll try my best to take care of our son, and make sure nothing happens to him. But, I do hope I get a chance to pass on our gift to him, before I have to leave this world again.
