Naruto is not a retard (Like you sasuke fanboys out there). He knows not to challenge Sasuke on a rooftop/plain field during storm/rainy weather. Cmon guys.

1 Way to dodge: Uhm, not go outside? Fight inside a building? Or, just go inside a building?

2 Tajuu Kage Bunshin = Sasuke has no Idea who's the real one, and last time I checked lightning doesn't spread (AoE effect) and Sasuke has no water abilities to add to the lightning.. I somehow doubt that rain will give it any effect. And I doubt sasuke can control 1000 lightningbolts before running out of stamina/chakra

Seriousely, you Sasuke fanboys out there are really, REALLY retarded. If Sasuke would end up being the strongest/savior of this world, THE SHOW WOULD BE CALLED SASUKE, not Naruto. plus if naruto constantly moves with the speed he has, sasuke won't know where to direct kirin.
