This also means that Minato is currently a crude version of a jinchuriki, and that he clearly was able to either pull Kurama's chakra to himself (KCM) or befriend Kurama (BM).

But the point is, just like in Naruto, Minato has a manifestation of Kurama inside him.

The tailed bests are made entirely of chakra. Minato didn't split the kyuubi's conscious, he split it between the Yin and Yang chakras.

Basically this. He's just using half his chakra. Even if Kurama is an embodiment, he still has a conscious which makes him a being. The "being" is in Naruto so Minato only has his chakra. Pseudo, but I like to call him a ripoff. It's the reason why they speak about Kurama's chakra as Yin and Yang.

thts what ever1 else said, on tb being chakras, but the current manga has proven them wrong

The Bijuu aren't just pure, raw chakra. They are made from the Juubi's pure, raw chakra using Creation of all things to. Yin to give them a real physical shape (meaning they arent pure chakra, otherwise moves like GSB and Preta Path would be able to absorb them) and Yang to give that physical shape life.

When Kin and Gin ate Kurama's flesh they got his chakra. If Minato sealing half of Kurama's chakra equaled sealing half of the beast itself, then Kin and Gin would have their own Kyuubis inside of them.

Minato falls under the same category as Kin, Gin and the filler character Sora. They are psuedo Jinchuuriki. Jins with the Bijuu's chakra but not the Bijuu itself.

Almost forgot that Edo Zombies can't even be Jinchuuriki so Minato can't have another Kurama in him.

It is different. Edos cannot be Jinchurikis but they can still retain the chakra of a Biju. This was shown with the KinGin bros. That is also why Minato's form looks like KCM, which is just Kurama's chakra.
