To boost byakugan rep

My basers, longing for respect to the pure white eye, the byakugan.

Ikemoto will either make the tenseigan canon with different requirements than moon otsusuki + earth byakugan

Or let there be some sort of reaction from a byakugan & Sage Mode being used in sync. Similar to toad Sage eyes merging with Kurama eyes in RSM. Actually if the tattoos really are senjutsu related then perhaps this is the route he's taking.
