To all those who thinks that why Kakashi never used his MS in Part I

In Part I
Kakashi was never shown in an intense battle ALONE especially with an Uchiha i.e., Itachi Uchiha
He fought intensely only with Zabuza and that is also a lower level if we compare his battles with the others in Part II.
Even in front of Itachi Uchiha, there was no point in Kakashi using his MS because he was already under Itachi's Genjutsu or Tsukuyomi. And what will his MS will do in front of Itachi if it takes time to teleport things whereas Itachi will kill him within fraction of seconds.
Frankly speaking, Kishi never gave a powerful long range opponent for Kakashi in Part I.
In Part II
Kakashi used his MS for a long range opponent Deidara whose hands used to produce detonating clay.So using a mere Sharingan against Deidara was useless.
Even Itachi vs Kakashi, during Gaara Rescue Arc, he did not used it because Itachi (A Genjutsu Specialist) was a mid to close range fighter.
During Kakuzu and Hidan vs Kakashi, even after he revealed his MS before, he didn't used it because there was no point in using the MS.
During Pain Invasion, Kakashi used his MS just to evade the nail thrown by Yahiko from a long distance towards him so that he can teleport the nail.
Also when Sasuke launched an arrow from his Susano'o, Kakashi used his MS, just to evade the arrow.

Conclusion:
Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan (designed by Kishi) is just to evade the long range attacks thrown at him.

That time Kishi was focusing on Naruto's growth and not Kakashi's Sharingan growth because the shows name is Naruto

Kakashi somehow learned to use Kamui during the time skip. It is clearly stated by himself. He used thesed exact words : "a new sharingan", meaning he was anaware of this power. Kishimoto gave him a big power-up to compete with akatsuki members. The reason why he couldnt learn it and use it pre-time skip is a mystery. He was 30 years old, therefore his chakra level had been stabilised, more or less. I believe its a plot-hole.

Same goes to you that you are wrong, I am just answering for those who still questioning why his MS was not shown in Part I.
You say that he was unaware of his power. Then how come he was famous for copying thousand jutsus. Don't you think that he ever learned about his Mangekyo Sharingan during that period. He said it as " a new Sharingan" just because Naruto didn't knew about Sharingan evolution. He already knew about his MS only the problem was he was not able to use it properly, even he was not able to teleport deidara properly. The latter part could be possible that Kishi gave him a power up to compete against Akatsuki. Afterall he might have thought about Akatsuki while finishing Orochimaru's "Crush the Leaf" Project. And after this arc, Kakashi was not shown much in battle except he introduced Akatsuki cloaks through Itachi and Kisame. Kishi must have kept it for safe for Part II

I thought kakashi don't have enough chakra to use MS at part 1 thats why he didn't use his MS on his battle...

I think kakashi trained himself to gain enough chakra until he become ready... like how he trained himself to kamui small object to bigger object.

When he used it against Deidara (the first time we see it), it takes him long time to prepare it, and he even says it is his new jutsu. Go read the shit, it's not long since I posted it, so wont find it again..

Obviously Kishi hadn't thought that far ahead, and damn you can't blame him for not thinking 400-500 chapters ahead. Just accept that he probably didn't understand how to use it till after the time skip. He probably never had the time to train and learn how to use it.

And mostly in part I Kakashi was having a lot of time to train himself compared to Part II
