Okay yes I know that Kakashi did fodderize Obito I can admit that but come on 3 tomoe Sasuke beat Itachi does that mean he was stronger than Itachi at that time? No Sakura beat Sasori does that mean Sakura is stronger then him? No, Obito was severely handicapped in that fight he had fought two bijuus and two jounins at the same time. And was already weakened the dude took a f*cking rasengan to the face and still held his own. There is no way Kakashi owns Obito I know their fight happened like 3 weeks ago but it's been bothering me that people honestly thought that Kakashi was strong enough to beat Obito. If it was a fair fight Obito fodderizes him. Yes Obito is my favorite character but I'm by no means fanboying and I honestly believe the only way Kakashi beats Obito is 14 year old Obito<Kakashi but even so I still say that's very high diff Obito was trained by Madara, has Hashirama cells, a 50 % artificial body so he can lose some limbs and still be alright.

Kakashi is my favorite character (can u tell?) but I have to admit that Obito had been fighting high-end shinobi for quite a while before going 1v1 with kakashi. This makes me believe that had they started fighting fully rested and healthy, things might've gone differently

Without Obito's sharingan Kakashi wouldn't have kamui or be able to copy all the jutsu's he knows which means (shadow clone jutsu, water dragon jutsu,etc) Infact if it weren't for Obito Kakashi wouldn't even be able to perfect his chidori/ Lightning blade his own signature move.He would have nothing, he would be just some random fodder jounin, Obito had no obligation to save Kakashi he chose to, and if saving him wasn't enough he gave him the sharingan. You're incorrect. Kakashi was a Jounin at a very young age (12, I think? Idk) without the help of Obito or his Sharingan. I'm sure he could have become a top-tier Jounin without the use of the Sharingan. However, we'll never know.

OT: Agreed. Current Obito > Current Kakashi. However, the fights you compared the Obito vs. Kakashi fight to aren't even relevant to the point you're trying to make. Itachi let Sasuke beat him. Sakura had Chiyo. Those fights aren't comparable to this fight.

Sasuke had him pinned down to the point where he resorted to using susanoo something Itachi didn't even intend to use. Why? because Itachi underestimated his strength Sasuke was stronger than Itachi thought he was but nowhere near as strong as he thought he was. What I'm trying to say is that Itachi could've destroyed Sasuke but he didn't that doesn't mean that 3 tomoe Sasuke is strong enough to stand toe to toe with him. People even go as far as to say Sasuke broke through Tsukiyomi which is bull sh*t, cause Obito said it himself Sasuke didn't broke through shit Itachi made it seem like he did that was all part of his plan, but anyways thats not the topic of the thread it was just an example

Yea but Kakashi was healed during the fight, and he had back up I'm not saying Kakashi wasn't weakened because he was, but not as weakened as one man vs the 8 and 9 tails (the two strongest bijuu's) the copy cat ninja, and Guy. The fact that Obito didn't die from that fight says alot about his strength.

Itachi did let Sasuke beat him, but if you were on here when that scan came out( I was a guest at the time) people honestly fanboyed so hard and lost all of their reasonings saying it didn't matter if Itachi let Sasuke win, Sasuke still could've beat him, you're saying that Sakura vs Sasori battle doesn't count right? Then it should be the same thing with Obito vs Kakashi I know in the kamui dimension it was a 1 on 1 but Kakashi had some serious help, and even if Kakashi could be a top tier jounin compared to the ninjas now? He would still be considered fodder, there are many top tier jounin out there and they're all considered fodder to the ninjas fighting now. He would be nowhere near as useful as he is now, the only reason why he's probably still alive is cause of his sharingan he used it to the point where people called him the copy cat ninja meaning he relied on it alot in his battles, now what if he didn't have his sharingan? Don't forget Obito gained Hashi dna so he has something extra himself. Plus Kakashi was on his way to becoming one of the top ninjas even before he gained the sharingan so I doubt he would have been fodder.

Obito at about 14 (was it?) was fighting Minato pretty evenly. All-out Obito vs All-out Kakashi, Obito would win. I wouldn't say any of them is better than the other... and we will never know....-.-' ..why? because they are not in their "real" form .. like kakashi has an eye he shouldnt have... obito has eyes he shouldnt have and a body that he shouldnt have etc etc... but if they didnt have these... obito wouldnt be better than kakashi nor the other way around.... obito has sharinga... but uchiha depend too much on eyes to fight.... unless they are high level ninja.... which in my point of view obito is not... but compensating for the uchiha eyes and being able to copy anything... kakashi trained with his father who was one of the greatest shinobi ever so all his senses were trained highly for combat + his ability to create jutsu etc etc.... so they are EVEN ... no one more than the other!!!

Who are you referring to? Kakashi I assume?

The stats are what Kishimoto considers them to have.

Kisame, with his 4 in speed and 4.5 in taijutsu, has kept up with both Gai and Bee, who both clearly have 5's in both speed and taijutsu; Bee also drew with Minato. Kakashi too, with a 4.5 in both speed and taijutsu, is able to maintain a rivalry with Gai. There are many other examples of this, which shows that there aren't large gaps in the stats.

KCM Naruto seems to have regular speed unless using Body Flicker. Muu reacted to Naruto's speed, 3rd Raikage dodged his attacks, the Edo Jinchuuriki were smacking him around, Obito was smacking him around, Ei was smacking him around, etc. The only times where KCM Naruto's speed was amazing is when using Body Flicker.

Kishimoto is sometimes an inconsistent writer though. For example, Base Naruto and Kakashi are able to keep up with Deva, yet Deva is able to keep up with Sage Naruto who is able to keep up with 3rd Raikage. Half the time, speed comparisons between characters only seem to matter if the plot depends on it, otherwise someone with a 3.5 in speed and someone with a 5 in speed are pretty close; hell, even Tsunade was hitting Madara and she has a 3.5 in speed, yet Madara is able to react to Ei who was made faster by Onoki.
Same goes with strength, Naruto for instance, in either his Sage or KCM forms, boasts immense strength capable of throwing a Bijuu... yet characters with regular strength and endurance are shown casually resisting his strikes without getting their arms destroyed or a hole punched through their chest.
