We all have different favs. Naruto is a big favorite of mine and since I don't watch much anime, it's probably in my top 5 anime. Maybe. Are some variables.

Yu Yu Hakusho beats them all... 4th season of Yu-Gi-Oh, Waking Of Dragons was beast.

Waking of Dragons is basically filler :| they didn't even make cards from that season since it was nothing but asspulls even by yugioh standards.

Inuyasha is 1 I say that is top 5, but maybe you just aren't intellectually gifted as I am to really appreciate and understand the beauty of these anime and their place in history, and I've seen many, and am disseminated by many.. And this is what I found,

Story, inventive, overall effective influence

Now, let's rate Naruto based upon these three criteria,
story- Naruto 'manga' has really awesome story. Anime, not even close. Anime is full with a lot of fillers which contradict to even main story line concept hence can't be considered as a great anime, not at least story wise. Depicting manga story in proper way rather than ruining it, is something that anime should do, Naruto anime on the other hand neglects many small plot points that Kishi left throughout the manga, rather than depicting them properly, something which is beauty of plot of this manga.
inventive- It is manga which is 'inventive'. On top of that anime doesn't add something awesome in Naruto, not even good animation. Some parts were thoroughly unnecessary.
effective influence: Influence on whom, audience or critics? Because Naruto fails in both the cases, I knew a guy who used to watch Naruto Anime only and that guy literally got bored due to lengthy fillers.
If you have to talk about good animation, excellent visual effects or you have to talk about entertainment value, Attack On Titan takes this neg difficulty.
Or if you are talking about influence on other animes, cowboy bebop is far above, as well as DBZ, which you yourself admitted as the worst anime ever.
Hence all the three criteria you used to rate animes are totally insufficient to establish Naruto as a good anime.

Those anime , aside from bleach, are only popular due to the disease that is $ and mainstream networking.. DBZ for example is the a prime example of this and worst anime of this kind.. When I say anime.. I mean everything that applies to the manga and its production onto animation.. Naruto has several ingenious works of art that you may not be seeing ( going back to your potential intellect) .. Going to yugioh, you gota be on drugs saying yugioh "especially".. You dare mock the greatness of Yugioh... Do you know of the informative messages it sends to all that witness it's grace. . I won't waste my time explaining ( as I've explained myself several times to NB members on here that just waste my time with ignorance) the greatness of my top 5 since you can't even "notice" their worth from an unbiased view.. message me when you lose your ego k pumpkin ^-^

EDIT: I completely forgot about pokemon. Played all the games; in each one I had a full team of 6 level 100. I stopped watching before hoen, honestly (Kanto, Orange, and Johto were my shit).

As for Yu-gi-oh, I saw every episode up until GX

DBZ was trash.. And you have full metal over Yu Yu a Hakusho and Casshern Sins, My list was trash, my list wasn't about favorites ( Like I stated Casshern sins is definitely second to none on that fav list only to be tied but not lowered) it was about quality, plp on NB so far go off stupid assertions on what they see from anime.. I'm not Gona explain they are top 5, I'm just Gona inform you that my analytical process was unbiased and very true, I doubt u understand, but to each their own I guess
