well for one i gotta say kabuto is not a side character, hes a main villain and has been around since the first episodes. for some reason people are saying since oro took his chakra from kabuto that means he cant use sage mode? that is completely stupid, if oro comes back to life of course he will take all the peoples chakra away that had his chakra he needs as much as he can get.. also when did kabuto say once with oros chakra he was able to master dsm? so you need alot of chakra for sm and dsm, kabuto obviously has it with karins dna and jugos dna...
some people also have said without oros chakra kabuto cant handle there dna.... wtf realy? who can someones dna detriment you in any way? the only example of this was hashiramas dna taking over danzou and that was when he had no chakra left and was near death... in the end kabuto still has dsm is still one of the most op ninjas in narutoverse he is the closest to the hermit sage. also in the top 10s yeah its overwelming but kabuto is number 1 besides the sage and his sons of course but see when someone is a puppet its still your own power if you can control them, regardless of how strong they are, its like sarutobis summoning jutsu, or the jinchuriki. a ninjas power is what he can obtain.
one more thing saying uchiha bros raped him is ONLY because itachi was an edo, if it was living itachi and sasuke they would get raped, itachi died three times just to get kabuto in izanami. 100 percent factual

Orochimaru's chakra was the base for everything he was able to do. It was the senjustu chakra of orochimaru that made him powerful and now that orochimaru took his chakra back, kabuto is using his own chakra. There was a reason he took orochimaru's chakra and it wasn't to start looking like a snake. The fact that kabuto lost on a field were he had every advantage and were the uchiha bros had every disadvantage possible means something.

Kabuto is still the Leaf's Kabuto. The Leaf was the first to acknowledge him, trained him as a spy but betrayed him when he know too much information. Kabuto is feeling bad towards this treatment of himself and his "mother". But since he's got caught by the Izanami, I believe he will eventually escape the loop and become a good guy.

After all, his buddies at the Leaf is still waiting for him to return after the war ends. Thanks.
