To all sasuke haters: I have a question

What did you think about sasuke before he found out about what itachi was really like? Did you dislike him, agree with him? Explain, I'm curious.

I'm not a Sasuke hater, but I agreed with him to an extent, with wanting to get revenge for his fallen clan. I couldn't blame him, but he was bit more sane before, as of when he was fighting Danzo, he was brutal as hell, watching/laughing as he tried to run for his life in sake of the village(more or less).

I don't hate Sasuke. Basically finding out the truth was hard for him. It's especially traumatizing for a seven year old to see and watch everyone they love die. Take Dexter from the TV series. He's somewhat of a perfect example. He was swimming in his mom's blood after she was sliced up. It traumatized him to the point, he developed antisocial personality traits.

But yeah, Danzo and the elders messed up big time. Some haters don't understand Sasuke. If someone precious to your heart killed your entire family then you killed he or she years late before learning that your whole neighborhood was in on it, how would you feel? People can hate Sasuke, but they forgive Gaara despite how he murdered so many people. The only way you could get revenge on someone is to make them feel your pain. For the Leaf Elders, it's the village. An eye for an eye.

I thought that scene was straight up disrespectful and made me lose a lot of empathy for Sasuke. Sasuke's comrades risked their life for Sasuke and he literally spat in Naruto's face. I finally realised that Sasuke isn't just cocky he is just a self centred ars3h0le.

But Sasuke's cool again now so who am I to complain. I've actually started to really enjoy his character again pretty much ever since he met the hokage's.
