Rather than argue that there is a plot hole or loophole in a technique, one would be much better served figuring out why it was as it was as it was, rather than say there is something wrong with the story.I have found that you arrive at an answer much quicker this way.And this answer is most likely to be correct, after all it is Kishimoto's manga and everything goes as he writes it.
Eg.When Madara released himself from Edo tensei, why didnt Tobirama do the same?
Ans.Obviously,Madara released himself, only when Edo tensei had been released, that is when he was no longer controlled by Kabuto. But Oro put tags in Tobirama so he never had any free will and couldn't release himself.
And the same can be said for most other plot holes.Others are clarified in future chapters.
Note that I said MOST plot holes,so please don't flame.

Ah, yes. Most plotholes are only plotholes due to time. Patience is the answer to 90%+ so called "plotholes."

I agree that is what we should do, but ultimately, it is Kishi's job to clear up a plot hole, and even if we find an explanation, that may not even be the one Kishi was intending.

Its only a plothole when it does not work out like someone wanted it. If it works out like you want it is not a plothole but the way things should be.

I agree with the general sentiment, however Kishi is just a man. As such he is capable of creating plot holes and contradictions in his work.

Exactly, we have to accept that flaws are part of anything man-made and there is nothing we can do about it apart from accept it.

I so agree. There are 593 chapters so far. Some contradictions are bound to creep in.We can't expect the man to remeber every little detail he's written. Some allowances need to be made IMO.But most plot holes are cleared with time.

Why Tobirama didn't? Because being death and walking around is not a kind of a good thing for any HOKAGE. If itachi broke his Edo Tensei for a some reason, he wants to seal himself too. Because it's not a NATURAL. It's my opinion about that plot hole + When he awake(escape from Orochimaru's Control) His soul nearly taken by Death God. There is no hope for him. Poor Tobirama.
