as a heads up if you ever get contacted by him. DON'T REPLY, AT ALL. guys like that feed on replies, good or bad. if he contacts you on facebook/twitter or on the phone you can easily ignore him. if he get to you on the street simply don't reply, don't say a word. just stand there and let him talk and talk until he give up. as long as you reply to him he has a reason to harass you.
