It csn be as logical as they go back to the real world. The purpose of soul reapers is to maintain BALANCE...so clearly if there are people crossing over to the soul society then there has to be a way to go to the living world.

That or there is a yet to be covered method of what happens. It could also be that their reitsu simply becomes one with Soul Society...

Try not to think about it since you clearly don't like Bleach.....don't waste your own time.
