Seeing a man with a weird hair cut walk come into the battlefield, Roy simple performs a single hand seal, summoning a cyclone of petals as he does so, controlling the petals to go upwards, in an arc, attempting to hit the opponent in the chest, at an angle, seeing as how the attack would come from above. The cyclone is clearly visible and is simply used by Roy as an attempt to test the scrawny looking opponent he happened to be matched up against.
