I don't know if any of you know this, but Kubo has an amazing talent of making poems =D he puts a poem at the beginning of every single volume and they are beautiful, you almost can say he's a better poet than a storyteller as with Bleach, the story isn't the strong point as the characters are the strong point in the series, but yeah, here goes a link to all the poems he has done for 1-50 volumes, I highly recommend reading them!
