Tired of plot holes

I've pointed out, as have many of the other users of this site, numerous plot holes over the course of the manga and they just keep piling up - specifically since Tobi's reveal. Here it shows that Kakashi unlocked his MS as a kid; however:

In chapter 276 (called a new sharingan) Kakashi states that his MS is a new sharingan:

Also, if he unlocked MS as a kid, why not use it in the fight against Zabuza? A fight that landed him in the hospital.

I'm just annoyed by it.

kakashi is just like sasuke both didn't know they had either the sharingan or the mangekyou sharigan so it took a another stressful situation to get how was he suppose to know that he had it when he fainted on spot and i think obito really unlocked it then kakashi followed because of the same sharingan but they unlocked it quick probably because yes of senju dna which made the growth to the sharingan faster this might explain why kakashi hasn't gone blind or tobi because of the senju dna so its not a plot hole

Or it's just " a new sharingan" as in one that's new to us, I.e one we haven't seen before.

Edit: just read the chapter - a new sharingan - actually refers to one that naruto hasn't seen before, but the also the readers. Naruto says " so it's like you said before" to which Kakashi answers " yes it's a new sharingan" - alluding to the conversion that Kakashi just had ( but Kishi didn't show) on how they were going to beat deidara. I see no plot hole wat so ever.

Kakashi didn't knew he awakened the MS, after he fell down. That's why he did not use it against such powerful opponent like Zabuza or Itachi, he did not knew about it, cause he fall on the battleground.

Seriously man. Dude was traumatized and exhausted just like Sasuke was. If it were that simple Sasuke could have used the eye everyday after awakening it. Kishi borrows from DBZ and after Goku went SSJ it took him a while and training to tap into the power at will.

Only here both Kakshi and Sasuke suffered from traumatic experiances and pushed this event into the far recesses of their subconcious as a human defenese act. Obviously Kakashi knew Rin was dead since someone either told him when he woke up or he woke up and saw her body. Only since his mind shut out what happened he might not have remembered that he awakened the MS

A better DBZ example is Gohan.

Gohan had a hidden power that took massive training from Piccolo, Goku and life events to finally activate and use it properly.

Although before Gohan was able to use that power at will... he had used it Against Radditz and when Piccolo threw him off the cliff
