What I want to do is set up a nice fire in my fireplace in the living room. Then get a comfy chair and get a good book. Then walk into the fireplace and sit in it.

Just remember that it always gets better and in a few years you will look back on this and laugh about what you were depressed about. The thing with depression is that you feel like everything sucks when it really doesn't. but it takes time to get through it.

It is not easy to deal with. Sometimes it seems impossible. But it can be done. You are strong enough to get out of it :)

And there are people in the world (myself included) who will always want to help you in any way they can :)

There is no specific reason. Everything just adds up.

Yep, that's what my doctor says.
It is not easy to deal with. Sometimes it seems impossible. But it can be done. You are strong enough to get out of it :)

Eat chocolate. Good swiss chocolate. Always cheers me up. Hang out more with your gf or bestfriend. Find a hobby to distract yourself. Find a new sport youve never tried. You have to work for happiness :) its hard but possible.

Therapy didn't work for ne. My therapist quit -_-

But what I do is I just push it to the back of my mind and when it comes out, I go work out until I can't move anymore. Depression sucks, you just have to find your own way getting through things. Some people resort to drugs, or *** or even suicidal thoughts and actions. But the only way to really get through it is to sit somewhere quiet and just think, "Why the hell should I care what others think or do, it's my life, my decisions, my choices that affect me, I don't live to please others so why should I be expected to?" If it's a girl that broke your heart (that's what happened to me) go f*** her best friend (also what I did). Hope you get through it man, PM or VM me if you need to, i'll do my best to help!

Work out , go to work , go out with friends or a person that you feel comfy with , try playing instruments and take long warm showers .. The key is keeping yourself busy so you wont have time to think about it...

Oh and fapping once in the morning and once in the night does help ;)

Make a routine and follow it, don't leave yourself alone with your mind. If you have any real close friends or family, talk to them and remind yourself who you really are, getting yourself back into real world from the dark place that is mind.

Though I can't much speak for the cause, if it's people then get them out of your daily life if possible.
