Sasuke has the potential to master nearly all jutsu - Basic Nature Elements,Sealing Jutsu,Barrier Jutsu,Space Time Ninjutsu,,etc.Then there's the Rinnegan paths - in his battle against Naruto he only used 2 Tendo path Techniques,Chibaku Tensei,Bansho Tenin (To to bring the Bijuu in CT to him),Outer Path (To use Susano'o as a Vessel),and Preta Path (To absorb the Kyuubi's chakra from Naruto) - and he couldn't use Enton Chidori and absorb at the same time since he hadn't mastered it yet.

There's still Animal Path,Asura Path (Mechanical),Naraka Path (Revival),Shinra Tensei,and Human Path.Sasuke's potential is way better than Naruto's.

In their last battle kishimoto was interested in head to head shots, like rasengan vs chidori, to show equality and etc. There wasn't any trickery, traps etc. If both have kill intent, and they go all out without plot shield there will be a victor.​

Why do people think Preta path works throughout it's entirely? Yeah Sasuke can absorb chakra techniques but Naruto can also send sneak attacks at different points in his body through clones, or what-not.

Orochimaru's words Proved wrong when naruto learnt Rasengan,FRS, SM and KCM,BM,BSM and RSM.

This whole story is about naruto. This story shows that how someone with no gifted KKG ability can outmatch a person who born with his Clan's Gifted KKG.

Tsunade once said that naruto wouldn't be able to make a rasengan.Naruto even learned a FRS which is 100 times better than Rasengan.
