At least Toriyama admits, that he forgot a lot of facts about DBZ, that's why he has a lot of helpers now he's making a new movie. He doesnt wanna upset already established timeline, BY HIM. That's why we're calling Kishi a Troll

Is anyone reading my posts on this thread? I would have at least thought the thread creator would address one of the few people not impressed with this thread.
There's nothing wrong with the timeline people. -__- Madara most likely did NOT die until Obito's time, meaning he trained with him.

The man more or less died twice, why would you absolutely REFUSE to believe the HIGH POSSIBILITY that he's talking about his "faked" death.
I'm going to add another point that supports this. We have seen throughout the manga Uchihas awaken the sharingan when their mind or body is under some kind of stress.
1. Sasuke awakens his sharingan when fighting against Haku.
2. Sasuke awakens his 3t when fighting against Naruto.
3. Obito awakens his 2t when he decided to stop being a crybaby.
4. It's been said that for one to awaken the mangyeko, one must kill a close friend.
Now, what is KNOWN of Madara that could give us a hint on how exactly he awakened his Rinnegan? Perhaps the battle with Hashirama? -__- It's more than a battle, it's where the world along with HASHIRAMA thought he "died".
I don't see the reason to completely rule this out, it's an extremely high possibility and only explains everything. :shrug:
Now for all the talk that says it's unbelieveable that Obito could have come that far. Why? Naruto went to Mount Fugaku, barely defeated kakazu, and came back to defeat multiple pains (albiet with intel) in the same day! (-__-) Even if it wasn't the same day, you get my point. Obito had 1-2 whole years! All madara had to do was focus a majority of the training on Obito's sharingan. He could have been beating the hell out of him every single day for 1-2 years. With this kind of training, I don't think it's too farfetched to say that he could have awakened his 3t in a month :shrug: Remember, I'm talking hard training everyday, and this isn't even considering other methods Madara may know of being a master of the sharingan himself. And then, he could have awakened his MS 4-5 months later. We also know Obito's body have been experimented on, Senju and Zetsu. Kabuto increased Madara's abilties with Hashirama's DNA, I remember somewhere that Oro also gave Sasuke some type of drugs during his training. So yeah, and then we even have Rin's death. Come on people. :shrug:
It's not really a matter of overestimating Obito (which I believe a lot of you are doing), but you're underestimating Madara.
Now, the moonseyeplan, 1-2 years isn't enough time, really? Lol it basically requires gathering all of the bijuu and becoming it's jinchuuriki, yeah there are probably seals/techniques that needs to be performed and so on, but 1-2 years isn't enough time?! He could have been explaining this to him every single day! Hell, even if he started explaining this to him 6 months away from the end of his training, that's more than enough time!
I don't see any "plotholes"...

Great job and nice effort. It's like you read my mind lol! But really the "plotholes" aren't a huge as the seem. Like you said madara gave nagato the rinnegan. It's not impossible to plan ahead or retain information. But people find anyway to pretend tobi isn't obito
I disagree with the part Obito let his hair grow. That doesn't make any sense....
To me it's obvious that there is more than ONE man behind the mask, sharing the same goals to fulfill the plan as Madara mencioned when he walked out from the last coffin.
